Refund Policy
Dear customer, thank you for choosing our store to customize football jerseys. As the jerseys are personalized custom-made products, once ordered and produced, they cannot be resold. To protect the rights and interests of both parties, the following refund rules have been specially formulated. By placing the order, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
I. Refund/Exchange Conditions (Only for Quality Issues)
After receiving the goods, if the following non-human-induced quality problems occur, you can contact the customer service within 48 hours after signing for the delivery. Provide clear photos, videos of the goods, and order information. After verification, we will unconditionally process a refund, exchange, or redo.
1. Fabric quality issues: Large-area fabric damage, severe thread breakage, excessive color fading, deformation and shrinkage, not matching the agreed fabric.
2. Workmanship flaws: Severe jumping threads, broken threads, missing seams, severely skewed collar and sleeve openings, severely non-compliant shape.
3. Printing errors: Printing mistakes caused by the store, such as incorrect numbers, names, logos, patterns, missed printing, skewed or脱落 (fall off) patterns, not caused by customer information errors.
4. Wrong delivery of goods: Incorrect size, style, or quantity sent by the store, not matching the order content.
II. Refund/Exchange Not Allowed Conditions
The store will not support refund, exchange, or redo in the following cases. Please understand.
1. Customer-provided team name, number, logo, size, style, etc. information errors, resulting in printing or production errors.
2. After confirming the customized content and size table before placing the order, later due to personal preference, body shape changes, incorrect size selection, etc., requesting to return or exchange.
3. The goods have been normally produced, cut, and printed. The customer unilaterally cancels the order, refuses to receive the package, or delays signing for delivery.
4. Human damage to the goods, such as tearing, scratching, improper water washing, excessive sun exposure causing color fading, sharp objects scratching, etc.
5. More than 48 hours after signing for the delivery, the situation of the goods cannot be verified.
6. No quality issues, only subjective reasons such as "disliking", "not fitting", "different from imagination" requesting to return or exchange.
7. Customized products are not supported for seven-day no-reason return or exchange.
III. Refund Process and Timeframe
1. Contact WhatsApp, submit order number, problem description, and clear evidence.
2. Customer service will verify within 1-2 working days and provide a handling plan.
3. If the refund conditions are met, the refund will be returned within 3-7 working days according to the original payment path. The arrival time will be subject to the bank/payment platform.
4. For exchange/re-do, the store will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. The shipping cost will be borne by the store.
IV. Other Notes
Minor color differences, tiny thread ends, normal fabric texture do not belong to quality issues. Please be informed.
For any unaddressed matters, both parties can resolve through friendly negotiation; the store reserves the final right of interpretation.
